The emerging report has indicated that 51-year-old “Let’s Get Loud” superstar Jennifer Lopez and the 45-year-old former baseball star Alex Rodriguez have parted ways, reported Friday (March 12).
The two were last photographed together in February hanging out in the Dominican Republic while Jennifer filmed her upcoming movie Shotgun Wedding. They were also seen out sometimes before the Valentine. the
“He’s now in Miami getting ready for baseball season, and she’s filming her movie in the Dominican Republic,” a source told Page Six.
The news was later confirmed by People as well: “This has been a long time coming,” a source told the publication.
On the day of the report, A-Rod posted a photo of himself alone on a yacht in Miami, Fla.
“Find a good reason to laugh today… Sending everyone love,” J.Lo captioned a series of old clips of herself on her social media.
Jennifer and Alex had announced and engagement in 2019 after being together for over two years. Their wedding was postponed multiple times amid the pandemic.
In her recent cover story with Allure, Jennifer opened up about the decision to go to therapy with Alex amid the pandemic.
“I miss being creative and running on 150. But Alex, of all people, was like, ‘I love it. I love being at home. I love doing my Zooms. I love knowing the kids are there, and you’re there all the time…it has blly good…we got to work on ourselves. We did therapy. I think it was really in our relationship.”
