A post by the NBC News @Petewilliams on Twitter reveals that a woman who was shot on the chest has died, she died shortly after she was taken to the hospital. Multiple law enforcement says.
The tweet reads;
“Breaking, a woman who was shot inside the US Capitol building has died, several law enforcement officials say”.
The woman whose identity is yet to be known was said to have shot in the chest, she, however, got a first aid treatment before she was transferred to a hospital.
But a report from multiple law agencies has confirmed that she died shortly at the hospital.
Meanwhile, it is still not certain who among the security forces fired the shot.
