Former head of service to Niger state Mohammed Maude Lapai is dead

The formwr head of service niger state is dead. Secretary to the Government of Niger State (SSG), Ahmed Ibrahim Matane has expressed sadness over the death of Alhaji Mohammed Maude Lapai, mni, District Head of Gabi.

A statement signed by Lawal Tanko,
Information Officer Office, SSG’s Office, stated that Lapai died in Minna during a brief illness.

In his condolence message, Ahmed Matane described late District Head of Gabi as a complete gentleman and dedicated Nigerilites, adding that the great values of hard work, honesty and selflessness that the deceased left behind will be remembered.

According to the SSG, “the late Head of Service had a rich public service career as he reached the pinnacle of the Civil Service in the State, stressing that the government and people of the State share in grief and pains, but be console that late Alhaji Mohammed Maude Lapai lived a good life and contributed his best to the service of Niger State and humanity”.

“On behalf of the Government and people of Niger State, I want to express my sincere and heartfelt condolences to the Emir of Lapai, Engr. Umar Bago III, the family of late District Head of Gabi, Staff of MBS Aminato Investment Limited and the entire people of Lapai Emirate”, Ahmed Matane added.

He prayed that Almighty Allah (SWT) forgive the shortcomings of the departed and make Al-jannah Firdausi his final resting place as well as give his wives, children, friends Jannahaff of MBS Aminato Investment Limited the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
