NAHCON visits NBTE Boss, seeks accreditation to run Hajj Training Institute -Photos

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has paid a visit to NBTE seeking accreditation to run NAHCON’s Hajj Training Institute with the drive to professional Hajj Operations.

Chairman of the Commission, Alhaji Zikrullah Kunle Hassan today Wednesday 19th July 2020 presented the request letter and other relevant documents in order to facilitate the take-off of the Hajj Training institute.

The chairman stated the intention of the commission to run the institute so as to produce a variety of services, professionals in terms of handling hajj activities noting that every aspect is virtually being handled by professionals.

“We want to train people, collate and analyze data, train teachers, product manual, and set a minimum standard for those willing to participate in hajj. We equally want to contribute to the growth of the Nigerian economy”

Responding, the Executive Secretary of the National Board of Technical Education NBTE, Dr. Masud Adamu Kazaure commends NAHCON for their efforts in taking such a step in other to move the commission forward, he also acknowledged that the commission had once visited him in his Abuja off.
