NCDMB, SNEPCo and LADOL Launch 12-Month Capacity Development Programme for Young Nigerians


The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), in partnership with Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company (SNEPCo) and Lagos Deep Offshore Logistics (LADOL), has commenced a 12-month Human Capacity Development programme to train 12 young Nigerians in supply base operations within the oil and gas industry.


The initiative combines classroom instruction with practical industry experience in logistics, procurement, trade, and supply chain management.


Speaking at the launch, NCDMB's Executive Secretary, represented by Ms. Alexis Emelle, described the programme as a strategic investment in Nigeria’s future workforce.


Representatives of SNEPCo and LADOL reaffirmed their commitment to developing local talent and strengthening Nigerian Content.


The selected beneficiaries, chosen through a rigorous process, are expected to gain industry-relevant skills that will enhance local capacity and create pathways to high-value careers in the energy sector.
