The Speaker of the House of Representatives Rt. Hon. Abbas Tajudeen, Ph.D., GCON, has felicitated the Emir of Zazzau, His Royal Highness, Amb. Ahmad Nuhu Bamalli, CFR, on the occasion of his 60th birthday.

Speaker Abbas, who holds the traditional title of Iyan Zazzau, said Emir Bamalli’s reign has brought peace, unity, and prosperity to the Zazzau Emirate.

Speaker Abbas said the Emir has been leading with deep cultural and administrative experience, noting that his quality leadership has been felt within and outside Kaduna State.

The Speaker, in a congratulatory message issued through his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Musa Abdullahi Krishi, described Emir Bamalli as a revered monarch whose support and blessing have continued to be a source of inspiration and motivation to many both within and outside the Zazzau Emirate.

Noting that the Emir of Zazzau has an impeccable character as a former diplomat, Speaker Abbas said the Emir’s admirable reign has been largely inspired by his wealth of experience from public service.

"I join our well-meaning people of Zaria and Kaduna State to rejoice with His Royal Highness, Amb. Ahmad Nuhu Bamalli, CFR, on the auspicious occasion of his 60th birthday. As a royal father, Amb. Ahmad Nuhu Bamalli has demonstrated uncommon leadership by uniting the people of Zaria and Kaduna State," the Speaker said.

While praying to Allah (SWT) to continue to bless, guide, and guard the Emir of Zazzau, the Speaker wished him many more years of peace and prosperity.
