Nigeria and Tanzania enjoy cordial and mutually beneficial relations, strengthened through cooperation in trade, education, culture, tourism, and multilateral engagement. Both countries continue to collaborate actively within the African Union (AU), the United Nations (UN), and other international platforms to promote sustainable development, regional integration, and global peace.

On this significant occasion, Nigeria reaffirms its commitment to deepening bilateral relations with Tanzania and expanding areas of cooperation for the mutual benefit of both nations.

The Government and people of the Federal Republic of Nigeria extend their best wishes to the Government and people of the United Republic of Tanzania for continued unity, peace, and national development.
